The practice is involved in providing business accountancy services, trusts, audits, business and taxation advice and secretarial work. The team includes three directors, one associate, eight accountants and an office administrator.
Frank Jolly established the original accountancy practice in 1958. In 1973 Gerald Duncan & Murray Wells joined the practice and the firm became Jolly Duncan & Wells.
Frank Jolly retired in 1982 and Gerald Duncan passed away in 1997. The practice was incorporated as Jolly Duncan & Wells Limited in 2000 and continues today with Murray Wells, Brian Sheridan and Vijay Goel as Directors.
